Kent is the sixth-largest city in Washington, and it doesn't feel like a suburb of anywhere. The Kent Valley is one of the biggest warehousing and distribution corridors on the West Coast, and around it sits a real downtown on Meeker Street, the shops at Kent Station, and the long retail run up East Hill. It's also one of the most diverse cities in the country, which means your customers are searching in a dozen languages and finding you (or not) on their phones.

Most of the local businesses I talk to here aren't missing customers because their work is bad.
