Real work, real results.
These are builds I've actually shipped, not mockups. Named clients, live links, and one honest result from each. If you want to see what working with me looks like before you start, this is the page.
Case Study · Local Search & Lead Lists
FrontLine Lot Revival, Covington WA
William runs a brand-new sealcoating and line striping crew in Covington. He needed real customers, not a website nobody could find.
I started with a verified lead list, every parking lot owner-confirmed against county and state records and read off current satellite imagery. Then I got frontlinelotrevival.com showing up for the searches happening right in his service area.
Improved visibility, not a promised rank. This is what happened for this client.
★★★★★
"We started our brand new business and had no clue how to get found online. Ryan started with lead lists and a market report, which really helped with finding the first few customers. When he sat me down and showed me that our site wasn't even searchable by Google I was shocked. He helped us build a business profile in Google Maps and fixed our website so we'd show up higher in Google. He sent us regular updates on what he was building and what our search results were. Our business got to #2 on Google in our hometown. I'd recommend Ryan and StratosReach to anyone who needs help with their business."

Case Study · Website & Online Store
Native Nutriments, essential oils store
Sandra Dawson runs a small essential oils ministry and needed a real online store, not just a page describing what she sells.
I designed and built nativenutriments.com from scratch: a real Square checkout, an individually SEO'd page for every product, and a search bar that finds oils by what they're used for, not just by name. It went live and was taking real orders in under a week.
A real online store, live and selling.
Case Study · Bilingual Website
Yugen, natural skincare brand
A physician-founded natural skincare brand needed a site that read right in Spanish, not a translated afterthought.
I designed and wrote a single-page site for Yugen in Spanish from the ground up, so it reads like it belongs instead of a translation bolted on at the end. It's live now at yugen.com.mx.
A finished, bilingual-quality build.
Case Study · Website & Local SEO
Elite Equipment Service & Repair, Tri-Cities WA
Travis runs a mobile diesel and heavy-duty repair shop that comes to the breakdown, anywhere in the Tri-Cities. He had no real website, so nobody searching for a mobile mechanic could find him.
A 15-page site, built and launched on Cloudflare, with a page for every service he offers and a page for each town he covers, Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. Built so the searches happening across the Tri-Cities actually find him. It's live now at eliteequipmentserviceswa.com.
A full local website, built and launched.
Case Study · My Own Product
The StratosReach digital business card
I don't only build for clients. This one's mine: a free digital business card, built, shipped, and in people's hands.
A card builder that makes a shareable link and QR code for free, no app and no account needed to start. I built the whole thing myself and it's live at stratosreach.com/card-pro/, with an optional Pro upgrade for custom colors, video, and your own branding.
My own product, built and running the same way I build for clients.
And the systems I run myself
The agents that run my own business.
I don't only build for clients. StratosReach runs on a fleet of small agents I built and maintain, so the repetitive parts of the business handle themselves and I approve what matters. Same kind of work, aimed at my own operation.
Inbox Triage
Reads incoming email and sorts it: what needs a reply, what's a real lead, what's noise. So the messages that matter surface instead of getting buried in the pile.
Daily Briefing
Each morning it pulls together the state of the business, pipeline, replies, what needs attention, into one briefing I can read instead of piecing it together myself.
Approval-Gated Sending
Nothing leaves without my okay. When I approve an outgoing message, the system sends it as a real threaded email instead of leaving it sitting as a draft. I make the call, it handles the mechanics.
Client Build Pipeline
Runs a client website from intake through design variants, the build itself, a client review loop, and deploy. One system, start to finish, instead of a folder of emails and file attachments.
Reliability Sweep
Pure-code checks that watch the whole system for stalled or stuck work, then deduplicate and close issues automatically, so nothing silently rots in a queue nobody is looking at.
Managed Social
For a real client, it drafts the posts, renders the branded slides, routes them for the client's own approval, and publishes on schedule. The client stays the final say on their own brand.
