Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Cunning Ventures LLC, which operates the StratosReach brand ("StratosReach," "we," "us"). By using our website, our services, or the digital business card builder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Who can use the services

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, and you must be at least 18 years old to use them. By using the services you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The digital business card

The card builder lets you create a shareable digital business card hosted at a StratosReach link. Please understand:

• Your card is public. Anyone who has your card's link can view what you put on it, including your name and any contact details or links you add. Do not put information on a card that you do not want to be public.
• You control your card. You can edit or delete your card at any time by signing in to your dashboard, or by emailing us. Deleting a card removes it from public view.
• Availability. We aim to keep the service running but provide it "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

Some features, such as editing a card or accessing paid features, require you to sign in with your email through a one-time sign-in link. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of the content you add to a card or submit to us ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and share Your Content solely to operate the services (for example, to show your card to people who open its link). You are responsible for Your Content and you represent that you have the right to use it.

You agree not to use the services to:

• Post unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, spam, or attempt to compromise the service or other users.
• Violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or to comply with the law or protect users. To report a card or content you believe violates these Terms, email ryan@stratosreach.com.

Free and paid features

Basic card features are offered free of charge. Some features are available only on a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges. Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals; paid features may revert to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change on a going-forward basis.

Our intellectual property

The StratosReach name, logo, website, software, and the design of the services are owned by Cunning Ventures LLC and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the services as intended.

Third-party services

The services rely on third-party providers, including Supabase (data hosting), Google Workspace (email), Netlify (website hosting), and Stripe (payments). Your card may also display links you add to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cunning Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cunning Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your cards at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. If you continue to use the services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
