Who we are

StratosReach is a brand operated by Cunning Ventures LLC, based in Kent, Washington. In this policy, "we," "us," and "StratosReach" mean Cunning Ventures LLC. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email ryan@stratosreach.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your project.
• Business contact information for outreach. StratosReach sells business-to-business services and sometimes contacts business owners using information that is publicly available, such as a company website, a public business listing, or a public directory. Every outreach message includes a way to opt out.
• Payment information. When you buy a service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive a record of the transaction.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host and supporting services automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

Digital business cards

When you create a digital business card, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, title, email address, phone number, links, photo, and any other content you add — and store it using Supabase. Please note:

• Your card is public. Anyone who has your card's link can see the content you put on it, including the contact details you choose to add. Only add information you are comfortable making public.
• Marketing is optional. If you opt in when creating your card, we may email you relevant tips and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• You can edit or delete your card. Sign in to your dashboard to update or delete a card at any time, or email ryan@stratosreach.com and we will remove your card and associated contact record.

Managed social media accounts

When you hire us to manage your social media, you connect your own Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn account to StratosReach and give us permission to work on your behalf. Here is what that involves:

• What we access. With your permission, we use the official Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and LinkedIn tools to read your own account's posts and basic profile, and to publish content you have approved. We only access the accounts you connect, and only while you are our client.
• Access tokens. When you connect an account, the platform gives us a secure access token that stands in for that permission. We store it privately and use it only to manage your account. We never see or store your platform password.
• How we use it. We use this access to plan your content, keep your posts in the order you want, publish the posts you approve, and report how they performed. We do not sell it and we do not use it for anything else.
• You stay in control. Every post is yours to approve before it goes live. You can disconnect StratosReach at any time from your own account settings (on Instagram and Facebook: Settings, then Apps and websites; on LinkedIn: your permitted services). When you disconnect, or when you ask us to, we delete the access token and the account details we stored for you.
• Platform rules. Our use of information from Meta and LinkedIn follows their platform terms, and we use it only to provide the service you hired us for.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To send service-related messages, follow-ups, and occasional relevant offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Google Workspace for email and document handling.
• Netlify for website hosting.
• Supabase for hosting digital business card data.
• Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and LinkedIn when you hire us to manage your social media accounts, as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Email and opt-out

Our email follows U.S. CAN-SPAM rules. Every marketing or outreach email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. You can also opt out at any time by emailing ryan@stratosreach.com with the word "unsubscribe."

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to function and to load standard resources such as web fonts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal and tax requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email ryan@stratosreach.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
