Do I have to sign a contract or pay monthly?

No. Pay once and you own it. No retainer, no 12-month contract, no monthly marketing fee. Most trade-focused web agencies bundle the build into a $249-$5,000/mo retainer. I don't.

Do I need to buy my own domain?

If you don't already own one, I'll help you buy one (around $10-15/year). You own it, not me.

Who pays for hosting?

I deploy to Netlify's free tier, which covers most small-business sites for years. If you outgrow it, it's a few dollars a month.

What if I need to change something later?

Small tweaks (updating a phone number, adding a photo) are free for 30 days after launch. After that, I can do updates at an hourly rate or hand the code to your developer of choice.

Can you redo my existing site?

Yes. I can either rebuild from scratch or audit the existing one first (see my SEO Audit). Depends on how bad the starting point is.

How long does it take?

Usually 2-3 weeks end-to-end. Faster if you have content ready, slower if I'm writing everything from scratch.
