Why I do this
I ran crews before I ran a laptop.
Years as a foreman taught me how a local business actually makes money, and exactly where it quietly bleeds it. I watched good companies lose jobs they'd already won because nobody picked up the phone by the afternoon, or because the estimate sat in a truck for a week.
When I started fixing that with software, it worked better than I expected, and it turned out I liked building the fix more than swinging the hammer. So I learned it properly: automation, an AI system that answers your phone, local search, and websites that actually book jobs. I still think like a foreman. I'd rather build one thing that pays for itself than sell you a stack you don't need.
