Data Deletion

How to delete the information StratosReach holds for you, including data from any Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn account you connect, and from a digital business card you create. Last updated July 2026.

The quick version

You can have us delete your data at any time. The fastest way is to email ryan@stratosreach.com with the word "delete" and tell us what you want removed. We confirm and delete within 30 days. If you connected a social account, you can also just disconnect us from your own account settings, and we delete what we stored. The details are below.

Connected social accounts (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

When you hire us to manage your social media, you connect your own account and the platform gives us a secure access token so we can work on your behalf. To have that removed:

  • Disconnect us from your account. On Instagram or Facebook, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, find StratosReach, and remove it. On LinkedIn, go to your permitted services and remove StratosReach. When you do this, the platform revokes our access and we delete the access token and the account details we stored for you.
  • Or ask us directly. Email ryan@stratosreach.com and we will delete your access token and stored account information, whether or not you disconnect on your own.

We never store your platform password, and we do not keep your account data after you leave.

Digital business cards

If you created a digital business card, you can delete it yourself by signing in to your dashboard and removing the card. You can also email ryan@stratosreach.com and we will delete your card and the contact record tied to it.

Anything else we hold

For any other information, such as a message you sent us or a form you filled out, email ryan@stratosreach.com and ask us to delete it. Tell us the email address or details you used so we can find the right records.

What we delete and when

We remove the data you ask us to delete within 30 days and email you to confirm. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, such as a payment record for tax purposes, and nothing more than that.
